What is Nurse Cheung?
Nurse Cheung is an educational platform that provides structured, reasoning-based study resources for healthcare program entrance exams and nursing education. All materials are created and reviewed by Jennifer Cheung, MSN, RN, CCRN.
Who are these resources for?
Our resources are designed for students preparing for:
- ATI TEAS 7
- HESI A2
- Nursing School coursework & NCLEX foundations
Are these resources only for nursing students?
No. While created by a nursing educator, our TEAS and HESI resources cover the core science, math, and reading skills required for all allied health programs (Dental Hygiene, Radiology, Respiratory Therapy, etc.).
📥 Digital Products & Downloads
Are these physical books?
No. All Study Guides and Question Banks are Digital Downloads (PDFs).
- You will receive immediate access via a download link after purchase.
- Nothing will be mailed to your home (unless you buy Apparel).
Can I print the study guides?
Yes! We encourage you to print them. Many students prefer to print the guides and place them in a binder to highlight, take notes, and tab specific sections. (Note: Printing is for personal use only. You may not print copies for your whole class.)
Can I view them on my phone or tablet?
Yes. Our PDFs are compatible with:
- iPhones & iPads (Save to "Files" or "Books").
- Android Phones.
- Laptops & Desktops.
I didn’t receive my download email!
Don't panic! This is usually a spam filter issue.
- Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.
- Search your inbox for "Nurse Cheung", "NurseCheungStore".
- If you still can't find it, email team@nursecheung.com with your name, and we will resend it manually.
👕 Apparel & Merchandise
Is the apparel physical?
Yes. If you purchase a T-shirt, Hoodie, or other merchandise from our Apparel section, it is a physical item that will be shipped to your mailing address.
How long does shipping take?
Apparel items are printed on demand. Please allow 7-10 business days for production, plus shipping time to your location.
Can I return a shirt if it doesn't fit?
Yes. Unlike our digital products, physical apparel has a 30-day return policy. The item must be unworn and unwashed. Please email us to start a return.
💳 Refunds & Policies
What is your refund policy?
- Digital Products: Because access is immediate, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads.
- Apparel: Returns are accepted within 30 days.
Do you guarantee exam results?
No. Nurse Cheung resources are for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee exam scores, program admission, or licensure. Your success depends on your own study habits and background.
⚖️ Usage & Licensing
Can I share my purchased materials with a friend?
No. All materials are licensed for individual, personal use only. Sharing, distributing, reselling, or uploading files to shared drives is a violation of copyright law and will result in immediate termination of access.
Can I use these resources to teach or tutor others?
Not without written permission. Commercial or instructional use of Nurse Cheung materials is strictly prohibited.
