These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NurseCheungStore.com (the “Site”) and any products, content, and services provided through the Site (collectively, the “Services”). The Site is operated by Nurse Cheung, LLC (“Nurse Cheung,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Site or purchasing or using any products from the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1) Who We Are
Nurse Cheung provides educational resources and digital downloads designed to support students preparing for entrance exams and nursing education pathways. We are not affiliated with ATI, HESI, NCSBN, or any testing agency unless explicitly stated.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from the Site. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the purchase. The Site is not intended for children under the age of 13.
3) Changes to These Terms

4) Digital Products and Delivery
Most products sold on this Site are digital downloads (including PDFs and other digital educational materials) unless clearly labeled otherwise.
After purchase, digital products are delivered via:

- An email containing access instructions.

5) No Refund Policy for Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales of digital products are finalonce access is delivered.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital downloads after access has been provided, including (but not limited to):
- Accidental purchases.
- Purchasing the wrong product.
- Changes in exam date or program requirements.
- Dissatisfaction after download.

No Exam Guarantees: We do not guarantee:
- Program admission.
- Exam scores (ATI TEAS, HESI, NCLEX).
- Licensure or acceptance into any school.
Results vary based on individual effort, background, and testing environment. Always confirm the requirements of your school or testing provider.
7) Personal Use License and Intellectual Property
Trademark Notice: Nurse Cheung®, the Nurse Cheung name, logos, and related branding are registered trademarks owned by Jennifer Cheung. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use the Nurse Cheung® trademark without prior written permission.
All content sold or provided on this Site (including PDFs, text, graphics, videos, and product materials) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Your License: When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licensefor individual, non-commercial use only.
You may NOT:
- Share, distribute, upload, email, resell, or reproduce the materials.
- Post materials to social media, file-sharing sites (e.g., CourseHero, Quizlet), or group chats.
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices.
- Create derivative works.
- Use the materials for commercial teaching, tutoring, or training without written permission.
Unauthorized distribution is theft. We monitor file-sharing sites and will pursue immediate termination of access and legal action where appropriate.
8) Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

Chargeback Policy: If a charge is reversed or refunded via chargeback and we determine access was delivered, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend access to products and accounts immediately.
- Dispute the chargeback with evidence of delivery and IP access logs.
- Require repayment before restoring access.
11) Pricing Errors
We may correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability and may cancel orders placed for products listed incorrectly. If your payment has already been processed for an erroneous listing, we will issue a refund for the charged amount.
