REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Nurse Cheung Store, we aim to be clear and transparent about our policies so you can make informed purchasing decisions. Due to the different nature of digital and physical products, our policies vary by item type.

1. Digital Products (Final Sale)

All sales of digital products are final.

Because digital items (such as Study Guides, Question Banks, and PDFs) are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once access is provided.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Accidental purchases.
  • Change of mind.
  • Exam date or program requirement changes.
  • Dissatisfaction after downloading.

  • Watch our free video lessons on YouTube to understand Nurse Cheung's teaching style.
  • Use the Free Study Path to ensure you are buying the right guide for your exam.

Technical Access Issues: If you experience a technical issue (e.g., broken link, missing email), please contact team@nursecheung.com immediately. This is considered technical support, not a refund request, and we will ensure you get your files.


2. Physical Products (Apparel & Merch)

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for physical items (such as t-shirts or hoodies).

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unwashed.
  • In the original condition.
  • Free of stains, odors, or pet hair.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you received an item that is misprinted, damaged, or the wrong size/color due to our error, please email us a photo at team@nursecheung.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement immediately.


3. How to Start a Return (Apparel Only)

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

  1. Email team@nursecheung.com with your Order Number.
  2. We will provide return instructions. Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
